Perfect beach break in the sun
Santa Ponsa beach is gorgeous - the water is super clear and the sand is clean. Great spot to just switch off and do nothing for a few days. Plenty of sunbeds and the beach bars serve cold drinks all day. Loved every second of it.
Great spot for a summer holiday
Really enjoyed our time here. The promenade along the beach is lovely for an evening walk and there are loads of restaurants to choose from. Tried the fresh grilled fish at one of the seafront places - absolutely delicious. The sea was warm and the whole place felt relaxed and easy-going. Kids loved it too.
Solid choice for a family holiday
We had a brilliant time. The bay is calm and shallow near the shore which made it perfect for the little ones. Cala Vinyes nearby was a nice find too - quieter and really pretty. Food options are good and not overpriced. Everything is easy to get to without hiring a car.
Loved the whole place
Came here with a group of mates and had a great time. The beach clubs along Avinguda del Rei Jaume I are fun without being over the top. Water sports were well organized and good value. Restaurants along the main strip serve decent food well into the night. Much more chilled than some other parts of Mallorca.
Really nice week away
Santa Ponsa is a solid choice if you want sun, sea and good food without the chaos. The beach is well kept and the sea is that perfect shade of blue. We ate at a few spots near the port area - paella was top notch. Friendly locals and easy to get around. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Great winter escape
Came in December just to get some mild weather and a break from the grey skies back home. It's quiet off-season but in a good way - you get the place mostly to yourself. The seafront is still lovely for walks and some restaurants stay open. Had a great ensaimada from a local bakery. Really peaceful.
